Our team is looking for a reliable, motivated, team

player who is interested in being a swamper on

Picker and Bed trucks in the Red Deer area.

Assisting bed truck and Picker operators in daily tasks, rig up and down, assist loading and off loading equipment

Summary

As a Swamper/Labourer, you will be an essential part of our operational team, supporting various tasks on-site and ensuring efficient workflow. Role involves assisting with loading and unloading materials, maintaining a clean work environment, and following safety protocols. Core skills such as physical stamina and teamwork are vital, while premium skills in problem-solving and communication will enhance your effectiveness. Qualifications

• Previous experience with Pickers and Bed Trucks is an asset
• Ability to operate various hand tools and machinery safely
• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environment
• Must live on area
• Minimum class 5 license
• must have the following training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
