Swamper / Truck Assistant - Seasonal Position (Kelowna, BC)

We're looking for a reliable and organized

Swamper

to join our team for the fall season. We operate two trucks -- a 5-ton and a smaller vehicle -- to pick up tropical trees from clients for overwinter storage in our greenhouses.

What You'll Do:

Assist with loading and unloading tropical trees Follow detailed pickup routes and instructions Tag and track trees accurately for client identification Communicate clearly with clients and team members Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What We're Looking For:

Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor work Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Able to follow directions and work independently Experience with trucks or landscaping is a plus Available for seasonal work (September-November)

Location:

Based in Kelowna, BC

Schedule:

Full-time seasonal, weekdays with occasional weekends

Pay:

Competitive hourly wage based on experience
