We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Swamper on Flushby to join our team in Lloydminster. This role is essential in supporting the operation of flushby units, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic, ready to contribute to our commitment to excellence in service.

Responsibilities

Assist the operator in the setup and operation of flushby units during oilfield operations. Ensure all equipment is maintained and cleaned after use, adhering to safety protocols. Help with the transportation of equipment and materials to and from job sites. Participate in pre-job safety meetings and follow all safety guidelines on-site. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the work shift. Perform routine inspections of equipment to identify any issues or maintenance needs. Support the crew in various tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

Requirements

Previous experience in oilfield operations or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work long hours in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments. Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety practices. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. Valid driver's license is an asset; a clean driving record is preferred. Must be able to pass a background check as part of the hiring process.
