Job Description


We are a seeking a Enterprise Risk Analytics (ERA) Transformation Program Manager individual to Project Manage the Stress Testing Book of Work and Consent Order across Risk segments/stripes in partnership with other ERA SME leads, Program Management leads and the CAO office, businesses and other functions, with best-in-class execution discipline. Some key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing support to new or existing programs
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Target State and Outcomes for the Stress Testing Book of Work, and each project within it, for the assigned portfolio of projects
  • Ensure robust ownership and accountability model for each project for each project / program under management, including a governance that enables comprehensive engagement, transparency, oversight, approvals and escalations
  • Ensure that each program under management has clarity on objectives / outcomes with clear, well-defined milestones to achieve these outcomes
  • Ensure that each program\xe2\x80\x99s execution is on track to address supervisory expectations and underlying issues / root causes with clear, well-defined, measurable outcomes (risk mitigation, control enhancement, process simplification, enhanced delivery of firm to clients, etc.)
  • Conduct pro-active Project Risk Management, including actionable risk mitigation strategies
  • Identify and escalate program constraints (e.g., lack of clarity on outcomes, ineffective program management, resource constraints, lack of stakeholder support, etc.) in collaboration with Program Leads and provide staffing support for major initiatives to augment embedded staff, as needed
  • Own all aspects of the project / program portfolio reporting process, including: RAG ratings, key performance indicators, status updates, adherence to dates and deliverables and quality of deliverables
Knowledge, skills and experience required:
  • 10+ years relevant experience
  • Solid experience in product program governance and risk management framework especially in Stress testing area.
  • Should have Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office \xe2\x80\x93 particularly Excel (metrics and data analysis), PowerPoint (presentation decks), and Word (writing and editing procedural and technical documentation).
  • Broad understanding of classifiable and delinquency managed credit and operational policies and procedures
  • Ability to interpret financial and risk reporting as well as experience from the business and/or technical area desired.
  • Familiarity with regulatory landscape facing global banks. Ideally, have worked in banking industry or regulators institutions.
  • Previous experience in managing Regulatory Inspections and Audits within a financial services company.
  • Professional ability and presence to interact with Senior Bank, Regulatory and Audit Management.
  • Extensive project management experience with the proven ability to develop project plans and drive a diverse group of stakeholders to achieve milestones and deadlines.
  • Experience with issues resolution including root cause analysis, mitigation plans, and remediation activities.
  • Familiarity with iCaps and any other existing databases used across businesses for tracking/monitoring issues.
  • Expert knowledge of Citi products, risk processes and controls with good understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/University degree, Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred.
