Sustainability Co-op Student

to join our team.

The Opportunity:





We are currently looking for a

Sustainability Co-op Student

to join our

Calgary

office.



You will support our firm's ongoing environmental and inclusivity initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact by helping us evaluate and communicate our progress on our Sustainability Action Plan (SAP) and by contributing to our responses for client and RFP sustainability questionnaires.



Here's what you'll be doing at Kasian:




Review and analyze the goals outlined in our Sustainability Action Plan. Assess progress toward each objective and identify areas requiring further attention. Prepare a clear, concise progress report for internal review and public posting. Research best practices in sustainability reporting to strengthen our approach. Support the preparation and completion of sustainability and inclusivity questionnaires for client submissions and RFPs. Collaborate with internal teams, including the Sustainability Group and Practice Committee, to gather data and insights.

Here's a little bit about you:




Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program focused on sustainability, environmental studies, social responsibility, or a related field. Strong research, analytical, and report-writing skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with data visualization tools is an asset. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
