We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushiman/woman to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety, with a focus on creating authentic and high-quality sushi. Duties

Prepare a variety of sushi and sashimi according to traditional recipes and restaurant standards Handle all aspects of food preparation, including slicing fish, rolling sushi, and assembling dishes Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene practices in all food handling activities Assist in meal preparation and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service Serve customers efficiently while providing excellent food service and hospitality Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked with necessary ingredients and supplies Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency in every dish served Collaborate with team members to uphold the restaurant's quality standards

Experience

At least 1 year experience in sushi restaurant
