We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff using the POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and communication regarding menu items.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not mandatory. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
