Work Days:
- Monday to Sunday (3 to 7times a week)
- Weekend work is PREFFERED
Work Hours:
- 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- 7 working hours + 30-minute non-paid break
Key Responsibilities:
- Sushi Preparation: Prepare and assemble various types of sushi rolls.
- Ingredient Handling: Prepare sushi-grade fish and other ingredients (such as vegetables, eggs, and sauces) to maintain freshness and safety.
- Cut sushi rolls cleanly and evenly for an aesthetically pleasing presentation.
- Monitor food safety and hygiene, following guidelines to prevent contamination.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Regularly clean and sanitize utensils, knives, and other tools used for sushi preparation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Culinary Skills: Proficiency in handling sushi knives, preparing sushi rice.
- Food Safety: Knowledge of proper food handling, hygiene, and storage practices to ensure the safety and freshness of all dishes.
