Job Responsibilities
Prepare, assemble, and package sushi and other Japanese food items Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards at all times Ensure freshness, quality, and portion control for all products Organize and restock ingredients and packaging materials Support kitchen operations, including cleaning and sanitation Follow company recipes and Bento production guidelines
Requirements
No formal education required Previous experience in food preparation or sushi making is an asset Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment
and stand for long periods Must be reliable, punctual, and ateam player
Basic English communication skillsWork Conditions
