Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Qualification



At least 2 years of previous experience as a cook, chef, or in a similar role. Eligible to work in Canada. Currently in Canada Knowledge in Japanese cuisine Able to work in fast pace environment Intermediate knife skill Strong teamwork and communication skills Passion for cooking and creativity in food preparation

Tasks



Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment Clean kitchen and work areas Manage kitchen operations

Japanese cuisine Work Language: English Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
