Sushi Island Restaurant is looking for an experienced

Sushi Cook

to join our team. We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual who can prepare high-quality sushi rolls with precision and efficiency.

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting wage:

$15.60/hour + tips

After 3 months:

$18/hour + tips

Group medical insurance

after 3 months of employment

Immigration support

after one year of employment

Job Duties:

Prepare and craft various types of sushi, including rolls, nigiri, and sashimi Ensure food quality, freshness, and proper handling of ingredients Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen according to food safety standards Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring proper stock levels Assist in ordering ingredients and receiving deliveries Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations Follow restaurant recipes and presentation guidelines Handle customer requests and special orders when necessary

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years

of experience in sushi roll preparation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude
