Experienced Maki Rollers to join our restaurant group.SALARY

: Montreal trudeau airport , DorvalRESPONSIBILITIES
Perform delegated tasks from our Executive Chef and/or General Manager Preparing various types of sushi dishes according to established guidelines on quality, portion size, high-end presentation, and food safety. Assist in daily food preparations and inventory management (ie. ability to inspect, receive, and store all raw bar related items) Expertly cut, slice, and fillet different types of fish. Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times. Maintain a clean work environment, as well as adhere to the restaurant's high sanitation standards, food safety regulations, and hygiene measures
QUALIFICATIONS
Min 2 years of sushi experience Willingness and ability to execute high-end sushi Ability to multi-task and maintain a level of professionalism under pressure Must live in Montreal and/or have a valid Canadian working visa
