Duties
Prepare and present sushi rolls (maki) and other dishes according to traditional and modern styles.
(For experienced chefs) Skillfully fillet and handle raw fish such as salmon and tuna.
Prepare other ingredients, including sushi rice, vegetables, garnishes, sauces, and condiments.
Ensure all food preparation meets food safety and sanitation standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation and assist in cleaning kitchen tools and surfaces.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Assist with inventory management and ingredient restocking.
Stay up to date on sushi techniques and trends and continually improve culinary skills.
Qualifications
All candidates must be able to prepare sushi rolls (maki).
Experienced applicants
must have prior work experience in a
Japanese restaurant
and

Junior applicants
