As a Surveyor & Jr Coordinator you will work along side the Superintendent and Project Manager and your task can include but not limited to:

The ability to read and interpret plans.
The ability to import and export field data.
Complete survey projects, such as establishing localized control, topographic surveys, non-legal boundary surveys, quality assurance as-builts, quantities and volumes, construction layout and return, and field grading stakeouts.
Operate GPS equipment (Experience with Topcon is considered an asset).
Perform topographic surveys to determine volume quantities for progress billing.
Calculate given elevations/measurements from drawings and perform layout. Shop drawings submittal, and maintaining logs
Daily work reports
Sourcing of materials and ensuring delivery to site meets the project schedule deadlines
Tracking of costs and production
Scheduling and tracking of all Quality Control aspects of the project.
Coordinating and scheduling crews and equipment for project sites
Project documentation
