This is a great opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented leader ready to take charge of fieldwork operations across a range of construction and development projects. You'll lead field crews, manage site logistics, and deliver high-quality surveying services using both conventional and GPS-based technologies.

What You'll Do

Lead daily survey field operations for construction and infrastructure projects Execute layout, topographic, and volumetric surveys with accuracy Operate Trimble total stations and RTK GPS systems Utilize Trimble Access for data collection and field management Supervise, mentor, and support field assistants Maintain clear, organized field notes and records Communicate with project managers, clients, and site supervisors Ensure all work meets safety, efficiency, and quality standards

What We're Looking For

Diploma or certificate in Geomatics, Surveying, or Civil Engineering Technology 1-2+ years' experience in a Party Chief or lead field role Strong knowledge of Trimble equipment and Trimble Access software Proven ability to manage field crews and work independently Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Sound communication and organizational abilities Valid driver's license with a clean record A team-first attitude and commitment to high standards in the field

Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
