Your strong presence in the Surveillance Room will be vital to your management of people and interacting with internal customers while delivering exceptional customer service. You will maintain awareness of the gaming operation at all times, and plan, organize and direct the overall operation the shift by delegating duties, briefing/monitoring of employees, and overseeing occurrences as they develop. You will ensure compliance with Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) regulations and all applicable laws, policies and procedures. Successful Candidates will possess:

• A secondary diploma, with preference to graduates with a Post-Secondary education in Law and Security.
• A minimum of one (1) or more years of experience in a security related field or gaming related positions, with preference to Supervisory experience of (1) or more years
• Strong analytical, observational, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of computer applications
• Casino Surveillance or related surveillance experience an asset
• The ability to obtain registration as a category 1 Gaming Assistant (license) with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario
