You will be part of the JJMT Surgery sales team in British Columbia and through relationship building with customers will understand their needs and leverage JJMT Surgerys products and solutions to support them. This role reports to the Regional Business Manager and is a permanent full-time role.Major ResponsibilitiesProvides highly specialized technical expertise in Wound Management, Hemostasis and Energy solutions to customersCalls on existing and prospective customers; develops new accounts and grows existing accounts within established geographic territoryResponsible for in-depth product expertise, education on safe and effective use of products and appropriate continuum of care within the categories of supportxe2x80x8bProvides case coverage within an account as aligned with regional managerCollaborates with Account Specialists in the region in activities including new product launches, case coverage, clinical based evidence and outcomes-based discussionsProvides feedback on customers, promotional programs, and environmental changes and provides ideas to improve product and company performance in the marketplaceCollaborates on creation of regional plan; owns execution of aligned regional strategy supporting the development of priority accounts and customers in Specialty areasLiaison between Marketing and regional strategy deployment; drives pull through of product-level marketing strategy regionally, working with Account Specialists to implement at the account levelInteracts with sales and marketing management to contribute insights that refine product and marketing initiativesWork with members of the regional sales team to over-deliver performance goals and create an exceptionally collaborative, respectful, and fun team environment.Profile Sought:Education and experience: A minimum of a University Degree is required; related clinical support/nursing and/or sales experience in the medical device field is a strong asset.Exceptional communicator: You effectively build relationships with customers and colleagues.
