Surgical Processor
Job Description
The Surgical Processor is responsible for the decontamination, reprocessing, and distribution of a variety of sterile and non-sterile instruments, equipment, and supplies. This position is covered by the terms and conditions of the CUPE 2111 Collective Agreement.

Required Qualifications: Grade 12 or recognized equivalent required. Successful completion of a Medical Device Reprocessing Program (including successful completion of practicum placement) required A Canadian Standards Association (CSA) Medical Device Reprocessing Certification required
Additional Required Qualifications: As required.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working within an MDRD as well as previous experience with Sterile Processing Microsystem (SPM) Instrument Tracking.
