Duties

Provide daily care for animals, including feeding and exercise. Restraint for proceures and assisting with the induction of patients for anesthesia Shaving and preparing the patient for surgery Setting up the Operating rooms with appropriate equipment for each procedure while following sterile techniques Positioning patients correctly on the surgical tables based on their procedures Cleaning and sterilizing the ORs after their procedures. Washing and sterilization of surgical instruments/packs wrapping Maintain cleanliness in animal enclosures and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment. General ACA duties- Laundry, cleaning and dish washing

Skills

Strong attention to detal. Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced envirnoment. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills for interacting with colleagues, veterinarians, and visitors. Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve lifting or moving animals and cleaning enclosures. Attention to detail to ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
