Job Description

We are looking for a part-time contractor to work closely with our families. We have a family-centered approach and value finding the perfect fit! Students are welcome to apply as many clients are available evenings and weekends (optional).

A

minimum

commitment of 8 hours/week is required. This is inclusive of two in person sessions and time to prep/create materials.

Responsibilities

Coaching families and building capacity Modelling therapy strategies provided by Clinician/Team Lead Providing direct therapy to children Advocating for child's needs Creating appropriate session plans following Clinician guidance

Qualifications

Independent and also works well as part of a team Previous experience working with children and families Valid Alberta Driver's License and Vehicle Demonstrates cultural competency and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Assets

Second-language is considered an asset Previous experience working in a rehabilitation setting is an asset
Travel time will be compensated up to 30 minutes of pay for each client.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
