Here are our Top 5 Reasons!

5)

A Unique Cooperative Model

SSG is unique in Nova Scotia, founded as a cooperative of families working together to secure the supports their loved ones need to live independent, successful lives in the community. The people we support are members of the co-op and have real decision-making power in their own lives.

4)

Member-Chosen Living

A Compassionate and Skilled Team

Joining SSG means working with a caring, talented team dedicated to teamwork and enriching the lives of our members. You will grow not only as a support worker, but as a person.
