Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, dependable contractor to support an independent adult who leads a self-directed life and thrives with someone who can provide practical guidance, encouragement, and assistance with everyday tasks while respecting his autonomy.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support with household organization Assist with bills, paperwork Connect through shared interests, including music, guitars, and cars Be a dependable, positive presence who respects his independence
Qualifications:
Experience supporting adults with PWD or independent living skills Patient, approachable, and respectful of autonomy Reliable, organized, and able to provide consistent support Enjoys humor and building meaningful connections
This individual is an independent, fun-loving adult who enjoys music, cars, and guitars. He thrives when supported by someone dependable, positive, and respectful of his choices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.86 per hour
