About the Role

As a Support Worker at SSG, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals who require support. Your responsibilities may inlcude (as per individual client's needs):

Assisting clients with personal care, household duties, and meal preparation (as applicable) Providing companionship and emotional support (as applicable) Encouraging client participation in community activities and social engagement Collaborating with our team to create and implement personalized care plans

Requirements

Availability Monday to Friday, weekends, and night shifts Standard First Aid & CPR C Recent (within 6 months) Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check
