The TLM Consultant configures and optimizes the Time and Labor Management interfaces and serves as an expert within the Time and Attendance domain.

Requirements
Bilingual
French & English
Proven track record for delivering exceptional customer service
Aptitude to learn new software applications
Fundamental understanding of (hardware, networks, routers, switches, IP addresses)
Basic technical knowledge or experience in a technical field
Post-secondary diploma or equivalent
Excellent organization, prioritization skills and strong attention to detail
Excellent soft skills
Excellent communication (written and verbal)
Experience in (Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance) is considered and asset
Ability to work in a team environment
Quebec candidates: While French is required for Quebec-based roles, use of the English language is also required due to the global nature of the business and the need to interact with ADP's headquarters and international sites.*

Experience you'll need
: Required Qualifications
At least one year in a customer service environment.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in education and experience.
A strong focus on client satisfaction in a relevant industry or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience.

Up to one year of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems-related organization.
