Who We're Looking For



We are seeking a dedicated professional with a background in education and mental health to provide individualized support for current and future clients. The ideal candidate will be fun, creative, and kind, with experience in education, developmental support, and/or community-based services. This role involves providing direct support to individuals with complex needs, focusing on skill development and community integration.

Please note that the candidate will have experience working with individuals with complex needs, including individuals with a diagnosis of ASD-Level 3, and in some circumstances, with very limited expressive language

Key Responsibilities



Collaborate with individuals and families to support independence, community engagement, and social-emotional development Implement tailored strategies to enhance executive functioning, problem-solving, and self-regulation Assist in developing academic and life skills for personal and professional growth Travel within London and surrounding areas to provide in-person, community-based support Build trust and rapport through strong interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach

Qualifications



Completed post-secondary education in Special Education, Developmental Support, Autism Studies, Mental Health, or a related field 2+ years of experience in educational or mental health settings (mandatory) Experience working with teens and/or adults with complex needs (mandatory) Background in special education (OCT or teaching credentials preferred) Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory) Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license (mandatory) Vulnerable sector screening (mandatory) Excellent organizational skills and a collaborative mindset A desire for a long-term role with potential for growth into full-time employment
