Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily operations of the support team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Lead recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for new staff and contractors.
Schedule and monitor all meetings, events, and communications across staff, clients, and vendors.
Supervise and mentor support staff, fostering collaboration, accountability, and team morale.
Track project workflows, monitor deliverables, and align team efforts with company goals.
Utilize AI tools to enhance quality, predict timelines, and optimize task completion.
Manage physical infrastructure, buildings, and company assets to ensure operational readiness.
Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure needed resources.
Implement staff training in customer service, sales, and product knowledge.
Monitor performance metrics, providing coaching and feedback to support continuous improvement.
Assist in resolving escalated or complex customer inquiries as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in support services, retail, or administrative operations.
Strong recruiting and onboarding experience, with a record of building capable and diverse teams.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling tools, CRM platforms, and administrative systems.
Experience managing office facilities or company assets is an asset.
Skilled in vendor negotiation, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities to foster internal cohesion and client satisfaction.
