Using leading-edge technology, you'll help connect British Columbians to healthy and safe workplaces - providing support for injury prevention programs, rehabilitation services, workplace insurance, and strong health and safety cultures.
As a support analyst II, you'll play an integral role within our Technology Enablement and Support team by providing internal and external stakeholders with business application and technology first-level support within a helpdesk environment. Influenced by ITIL framework, our support analysts support channels including phone or email support and specialize in collaboration tools such as video conferencing and mobile devices.
