As a
Level 1 Support Agent
, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients. You'll answer questions, handle requests, and resolve common issues to provide fast, high-quality support.
Working closely with other teams, you'll help continuously improve the customer experience and ensure the Dreeven platform runs smoothly.
Profile
1 to 3 years of experience in technical support or customer service (SaaS or construction industry experience is an asset)
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Patience, attention to detail, and autonomy in problem-solving
Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies
* Comfortable using support tools (Zoho Desk, Zendesk, etc.)
