We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Supply Staff (On-Call / Casual) to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children and have a background in early childhood education or caregiving. As a Supply Staff member, you will provide essential support in classrooms, ensuring a nurturing and educational environment for children. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of young learners.

Responsibilities

Assist classroom teachers in implementing daily activities and lesson plans. Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and educational activities. Support the educational development of children by providing guidance and encouragement. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, adhering to health and safety standards. Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and children to foster a collaborative atmosphere. Adapt to various classroom settings and age groups as needed.

Requirements

Experience working with children in a classroom or caregiving setting is preferred. Background in early childhood education or related fields is highly desirable. Ability to work with individuals with disabilities and create an inclusive environment. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively educate and engage with children. Flexibility to work on-call as needed, adapting to varying schedules. A positive attitude, patience, and a genuine passion for child development.
