ABOUT TEMPLE LIFESTYLE BRANDS:

Temple Lifestyle Brands is building Canada's leading functional beverage platform. With powerhouse brands like Thirsty Buddha and Rise Kombucha, we're driving category growth and consumer love nationwide.

We are one of Canada's fastest-growing health and wellness companies, home to a powerful portfolio of functional beverage brands including Thirsty Buddha (Canada's #1 organic coconut water and leader in functional hydration) and Rise Kombucha (Canada's pioneering kombucha brand and category leader).

With diversified manufacturing capabilities, a strong commercial engine, and national omnichannel distribution, Temple is redefining better-for-you beverages and inspiring healthier living across the country.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Supply & Demand Planner to join our Operations team. This role is critical to improving forecasting accuracy, supporting growth, managing seasonal demand, and reducing stockouts. You will be the key link between sales, marketing and operations, ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time.

As Temple continues to expand its portfolio and scale across Canada, you'll play a pivotal role in building forecasting processes that balance supply with growing consumer demand. You'll be challenged with navigating promotional spikes, product launches, and evolving consumer trends in the fast-paced functional beverage category.

This role is both strategic and hands-on: you'll dive into data, develop actionable insights, and influence decisions that directly impact revenue, customer satisfaction, and inventory health. You'll also have the opportunity to shape best practices in demand planning, leveraging tools like Stock IQ and working closely with cross-functional teams to align on business goals.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment and wants to make a measurable impact on one of Canada's fastest-growing health and wellness companies.

As the Demand Planner for Buddha Brands at Temple Lifestyle Brands, you will:

Forecasting & Analysis

Develop, manage, and maintain rolling demand forecasts at the SKU, brand, and channel levels. Analyze historical sales, market data, promotional activity, and consumer trends to improve forecast accuracy and reduce bias. Adjust forecasts dynamically to account for seasonality, promotional spikes, new product launches, and evolving consumer behaviors.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment

Partner closely with Sales, Marketing and Finance to ensure alignment between demand forecasts and business goals. Lead the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings to provide insights, challenge assumptions, and align on consensus forecasts. Work closely with our partners and vendors to translate demand plans into supply strategies that optimize inventory and service levels. Supplier meetings to confirm forecast, production and ensure timely delivery of goods.

Tools & Process Development

Use demand planning tools (Stock IQ) to build robust forecasting models and generate actionable insights. Continuously improve forecasting methodologies and processes, identifying opportunities to leverage automation, advanced analytics, or new data inputs. Provide regular reports and dashboards to leadership, highlighting forecast accuracy, key risks, and opportunities.

Business Impact

Identify potential risks and opportunities in the demand plan, proactively developing mitigation or contingency strategies. Support growth initiatives by integrating demand planning into product launches, distribution expansion, and promotional campaigns. Drive measurable improvements in cost savings, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and overall process efficiencies.

Culture & Contribution

Act as a key business partner across departments, ensuring collaborative decision-making that balances growth and operational execution. Bring curiosity, agility, and innovation to the planning process, helping Temple build best-in-class demand planning capabilities as the company scales.
