Job Description

As a Sales, Marketing & Supply Chain Support Student, you will gain exposure to the full lifecycle of product movement--from order placement and costing to purchasing and delivery. You'll work across multiple teams to support internal projects, costing analysis, and process documentation, helping ensure Irving Oil's products reach customers efficiently and profitably.
The team, based at Irving Blending & Packaging (IBP), is a large, cross-functional group that manages everything from incoming raw materials to outgoing finished products. This includes sales, marketing, customer service, purchasing, and shipping. The student will collaborate with both the Sales & Marketing and Supply Chain teams to support business operations and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:Collaborate with the sales team and costing analysts to understand product pricing and market strategy Assist with internal projects related to inventory control Support purchasing analysts and customer service teams in managing supply chain workflows Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that connect sales, supply, and delivery operations

Your Skills:Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers and Excel Effective communication and collaboration across teams Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Detail-oriented with a process improvement mindset Inquisitive self-starter

Your Experience:Currently enrolled in a Business Administration program Must have completed at least one year of post-secondary education and be returning to school
