Position Profile Passport Health is looking for a Supply Chain Supervisor to support our clinics across Canada. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Supply Chain Supervisor is responsible overseeing and managing company\xe2\x80\x99s overall supply chain, logistics strategy, and operations to maximize the process efficiency and productivity. This role requires the individual to be highly organized, have a strong work ethic, as well as being a strong communicator. This role requires the individual to be highly organized, have a strong work ethic, as well as being a strong communicator. Responsibilities and Duties:
Manager the day-to-day activities of service delivery
Responsible for managing the Supply Chain Team, from training to managing their everyday activities, and evaluate their performance.
Developing, manage and administering annual budget for Canada clinics.
Have strong negotiation skills and work closely with suppliers.
Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity, manage inventory discrepancies.
Resolving inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
Maintaining Inventory Accuracy Metrics and associated reports for management.
Coordinate and Integrate efforts across operational departments to enhance inventory accuracy.
Identify and record any issues relating to cycle count discrepancies and negatives.
Initiate action to prevent the re-occurrence of any non-conformities relating cycle count discrepancies and system negatives.
Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through appropriate channels.
Verify the implementation of solutions.
Filling orders and inspecting vaccines and medication among all clinics.
Packing and shipping of supplies among clinics on a weekly, biweekly basis from our distribution center (Toronto)
Fulfilling orders online and/or by phone with vendors
Order management and tracking, and confirmation of deliveries for all clinics
Preparing sales reports, evaluate and report on KPIs
Qualifications and Skills
Relevant work experience and an Undergraduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics and/or Business.
Have an excellent understanding for Supply Chain process
Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Great work ethic and positive attitude
Effective attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Successfully pass a Police Background Check
Excellent interpersonal skills and building relationships
