Colleagues will continue working remotely up to 2 days a week, while spending the other 3 days in the office. Replenishment Optimization Intern PEY, Data & Analytics (16 months)
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Manager, Replenishment Data and Information Solutions; the Co-Op Student, will play a part in the delivery and support of reports and reporting tools in Supply Chain Replenishment. You will be accountable for understanding the business requirements and for the design, production, testing, implementation, documentation, and post implementation support associated to the development of reporting solutions according to the business requirements.
You should be familiar and flexible to working in both project and support environments, understanding how to align evolving functionality to a live production environment. Communication skills are key, as you will collaborate with various teams including IT and Senior Leadership.
What you?ll do:

  • Full stack programming using tools such as Python, SQL, and web technologies .
  • Provide reporting and dashboard solutions to support business performance.
  • Provide analytical insight from Big Data to drive efficiency within the Supply Chain Team.
  • Support decision-making throughout the optimal mix of descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
  • Create technical documentation for the supply chain reports (SOPs, job aids, flow charts, etc.)


  • Act as a point of contact for reporting questions and issues.

What you?ll need:
  • Post-secondary education in computer science or engineering.
  • Must have strong computer skills. Highly proficient in MS Excel, Access, SAS, SQL.
  • Must have advanced experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and PHP.


  • Must have experience creating robust reports.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills. Solid experience in developing and providing accurate reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
