The purpose of the role is to support the client in all matters pertaining to any supply issues and act as a conduit to resolve said issues between vendor partners and client. Duties might include supply disruption mitigation, missing or shorted items review, conflict resolution between drivers and staff or other issues arising as a result of vendor error. The end goal it to help the client alleviate issues and encourages vendor accountability while maintaining a positive working relationshipAdditionally, it involves acting as a consultant to client, finding cost savings and/or quality improvement opportunities for their support services business, while enabling client to access Aramark programs and resources to support implementation of leading practice opportunities in their business. Duties include the preparation of reports and financial information for the client with the support of financial clerical/analyst resources that you manage.
