Role Description

LEO Pharma has embarked on an ambitious journey to become the preferred dermatology care partner improving people\'s lives around the world - and that is why we need you. As the Supply Chain Manager for the U.S., you will be reporting to the Senior Manager, EU & North America Commercial Supply and have the responsibility to work within the business to identify the needs and challenges business. You will serve as liaison between commercial, supply chain/logistics, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, and other relevant stakeholders by facilitating the local and global IBP cycle and ensure strong collaboration with LEO production sites, 3PLs/Wholesalers, and the Global Logistics Team.

Overall Objective:

Ensure key KPIs defines in strategy deployment process are ad- hered to

E.g. Net sales impact, Forecast accuracy, etc.

Deliver excellent professional services within supply chain making sure that LEO Pharma products are always readily available for patients in appointed markets

Serve as liaison between commercial, external distribution part- ner, supply chain/logistics, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, and other relevant stakeholders

Be a supply business partner to Finance and Commercial

Drive and facilitate the monthly IBP cycle, with particular focus on, but not limited to Market Product Review and Market De- mand Review with appointed distribution partners and Regional Supply Chain Manager

Drive Forecast Accuracy reporting and improvements for ap- pointed markets

Proactively drive optimization on overall destructions by dili- gently reviewing, updating, and performing root cause analysis in the Shelf-Life Report for relevant SKUs

With a LEAN mindset ensure processes are continuously chal- lenged, process confirmed and optimized, this includes but not limited to:

3PL setup and market distribution model

Forecast process

IBP process

Ensure orders are placed to consume the demand and log any significant variations to the orders or demand

Work actively with partners to minimize risk of obsolescence

Ensure valid and timely supply/demand control

Point of contact between supply chain, distributors, commer- cial, finance, regulatory and other key departments

Stakeholder Management

Influence stakeholders to ensure the right behaviors and impact

Strong relationships with distributors, customers, supply chain partners and other external stakeholders

Strong collaboration with regulatory affairs, quality as- surance, commercial teams, finance (and the rest of rel- evant non- supply stakeholders)

Strong collaboration with departments in TDS and SEO

Processes

Define, own and optimize demand planning processes

Comply with monthly IBP process policies

MPR - Review all events and assess impact to SKUs

MDR - Chair and process owner, facilitator for own markets

SDR - Explain significant demand changes and reply to site questions

MSR - In case of constraints, facilitate decisions and participate in allocation scenario building in collabora- tion with commercial and finance. Manage allocation and forecast updates.

Comply with the monthly destructions process

Review, Update & Root cause for Finished goods ele- ments at risk for own markets

Comply with the S&OE process

Responsible to take action on elements assigned. De- liver recommendations for actions and input for market specific elements.

Other Responsibilities:

Update 36 months rolling forecast and run statistical forecast

Improve forecast accuracy by maintaining monthly forecasting procedures

Coordinate with regulatory affairs, quality assurance, quality control and patient solutions (Brand Managers) the new prod- uct launches/ existing product variations / re-registration

Support Supply Chain Senior Management with ad-hoc reports and analysis

Participate in priorities and projects supporting the strategy as aligned with the manager

General:

Ensure compliance with appropriate SOP\'s

Complete mandatory training in assigned timelines upon hire as well aswhen new policies, SOP\'s, guidance are issued.

Participate in personal development and training sessions as re- quiredfor the position.

Work in a safe manner that does not endanger yourself or co- workers. Report any health or safety concerns (internal and external) incompliance with LEO policy and standard procedures.

Execute other duties as may be required by Executive team members and other members of LEO Pharma\'s Management team as training and experience allow.

Technical development & Supply and Supply Excellence & Operations:

Requirements:

Master\'s degree in finance or, supply chain

Advanced degree in business or related field and/or profes- sionalcertification(s) a plus

5+ years relevant professional industry experience; interna- tional experience an asset

Strong understanding of Trade processes and end to end supply chainprocesses

General knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements

Ability to build relationships and expand LEO\'s presence with wholesaler/distributors.

Strong Project management and structured problem-solving skills

Ability to analyze data and monitor wholesaler patterns and sales todrive incremental business, with strong Excel skills pre- ferred

Ability to develop business cases and present financial data

Highly effective presentation, written and verbal communication skills, including ability to build simple and understandable PowerPoint communication decks.

Strong interpersonal skills including ability to communicate effectively with people individually and in groups: ability to communicate with technical and non-technical colleagues; experience establishing and maintaining effective relationships across departments

Tech savvy and preferably with SAP experience (ECC, APO, IBP ( Ex- cel based))
