With a growing presence in North America, MHP is expanding its Canadian operations and seeking passionate professionals to drive excellence and efficiency across our supply chain.

Position Summary:



We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented

Supply Chain Manager

to oversee and manage end-to-end supply chain operations for MHP's poultry business in Canada. Based in Toronto, this role plays a critical part in demand and supply planning, customer service, logistics optimization, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to customers across the region.

Key responsibilities:



Consolidated demand and supply planning management to ensure effective storage of goods and service between the manufacturing and points of consumption to meet customer requirements. End-to-end supply chain management in Canada. Drive product supply strategy that increase efficiency and speed on the market. Reduce customer order lead-times by creating safety stocks of needed products. Collect and analyze customer sales forecast. Customer Service Desk implementation and management. Support and contribute to the growth of the strategic key accounts by providing customer focused insights. New systems and tools implementation that would contribute to the business agility and improve customer service level. Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards. Material planning for 3-rd party manufacturing.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's degree is an asset. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in supply chain or logistics roles, preferably within the food, poultry, or FMCG sectors. Proven track record of successful demand planning, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with ERP and supply chain planning systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of Canadian regulatory requirements in food manufacturing and logistics is strongly preferred. Fluency in English is required; Ukrainian is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00-$84,000.00 per year
