As a high-profile cross-functional leader, Supply Chain Manager will Lead the governance of Supply Chain interactions with third party organizations across Sandoz ESO suppliers through account plans, targets and projects to maximize collaboration and value creation between the parties.

Ensure a systematic, enterprise-wide assessment of supply chain performance and capabilities to cover market needs in line with the Sandoz strategy. Fundamental to drive Supply Chain performance and to establish related processes within all SRT\'s in the cluster.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Establish one common Demand Plan for the entire product portfolio in collaboration with the relevant functions in the Region for the tactical horizon from 3/4 to 24-36 months.
  • Support and collaborate within ESO to establish optimal Supply Plan and monitor deviations versus budget for the tactical horizon from 3/4 to 24-36 months including: a) Supply volumes/based on demand; b) Operational cost, supply performance and Inventory projection at platform/region and at external suppliers (toll manufacturing, de-coupling points)
  • Work with the SC team in establishing required supply models based on supplier, portfolio, demand mix and optimize key supply chain processes according to the supply chain excellence standards for the assigned ESO TP/Region (i.e. Demand Control and Demand Review, Supply Review, IBP, transportation/material flow,..) and relevant parameters (i.e. lead times, MOQ, product segmentation, order frequencies,..) in order to increase the processes effectiveness and compliance to the defined standards.
  • Support SRTs to get accurate overview of capacity and resources for the assigned External Suppliers in order to highlight early warning signals in terms of unbalanced supply vs demand (i.e Supplier S&OP)
  • Promote, monitor and eventually lead actions plans to achieve supply, customer services level (i.e. OTIF, stock outs) and inventory targets.
  • Support executing the defined Supply Performance governance process at ESO TP/Region, analyzing the supply KPI reporting, highlighting gaps vs targets and defining and tracking gaps mitigation actions in collaboration with SRTs.
  • Collaborate with Global / Platform SC (e.g. SNP) in the coordination of bottleneck management to avoid or minimize stock out risks for markets and patients creating scenarios in collaboration with Global Functions
  • Supports supply risk management process within platform/region responding to ad hoc requests for analysis or information regarding supply chain risks and opportunities.
Minimum requirements

What you\'ll bring to the role:
  • Bachelor degree (technical, economics or scientific degree) that contains supply chain management, logistics and/or planning including an APICS CPIM or APICS CSCP certification
  • Minimum 9 years of relevant working experience in any of the fields of supply chain management, planning, logistics and inventory management
  • Good business acumen
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of complex supply chain processes
  • High degree of competence in SAP
  • Problem solution abilities and issue communication skills
  • Stakeholder management
  • Cross-functional management
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus
