Due to an internal change, Canduct Industries London is currently looking for a Supply Chain Manager. Job Responsibilities:

Manage purchasing and inventory control teams. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor for compliance . Develop and maintain efficient logistics, inventory, procurement, operations, and strategic planning processes. Identify opportunities to mitigate material shortages and maintain optimal inventory levels. Collaborate with management team to align supply chain goals with company objectives. Ensure all health and safety precautions are taken and policies followed. Ensure team compliance with company and departmental policies and procedures. Assist with raw material planning and procurement. Conduct additional duties necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

College diploma or University degree in Supply Chain or business-related field 5-10 years' experience in supply chain supervisor / manager role in a mid to high volume manufacturing environment Effective and positive verbal and non-verbal communication Strategic thinker and problem solver Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to prioritize work and effectively manage time High level of proficiency with MSOffice applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Data management and analytical skills
