We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our Operations Team here at WISI.

The Role:
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for developing and monitoring the company\xe2\x80\x99s supply chain strategy to improve productivity and efficiency and reduce costs, whilst securing high quality materials. This is an opportunity to shape and make your mark within the organization as you own and develop the necessary supply chain processes and procedures.
You will:

  • Manage the day-to-day process for the timely and accurate supply planning, purchasing and delivery of products to meet demand plans.
  • Oversight of sourcing and procurement including management of vendor relationships.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels.
  • Review, analyze and suggest improvements regarding quality, safety, and standard operating procedures.
  • Continuously monitor and measure supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing tactics to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Oversight of material movement, shipping, receiving, controls and costs pertaining to warehouse operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.

Required skills:
  • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar field.
  • Previous experience in supply chain roles, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with electronics manufacturing supply chains.
  • Excellent understanding of supply chain processes.
  • Good working knowledge of an ERP system (ideally NetSuite).
  • Familiarity with Incoterms and international shipping standards and compliance.
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company success.
  • Excellent organizational, project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A strategic and analytical mind.
