What You\'ll Do

Support business objectives of premix facility by performing the quality inspection and release activities as well as a variety of functions in accordance with DNP procedures Maintain, generate and distribute documentation associated with functional areas of production, distribution and plant administration.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt of raw materials in SAP to ensure accuracy and traceability. Assist with cycle counts to ensure accuracy of SAP inventory.
• Visually inspect 3PRM and finished goods for quality assurance. Coordinate the return of any raw material that does not meet specification requirements.
• Verify product has been manufactured and received in accordance to Quality
• Management System. Finished goods batch confirmation and release is performed in SAP to ensure product quality and accuracy.
• Preparation and submission to lab of process monitoring, homogeneity, carryover samples and quality plan lab submissions for quality assurance of finished goods.
• Creates export documents for US shipments, ensuring quality assurance standards are met for accuracy of paperwork and finished goods. Ensures all documentation meets US Customs, FDA and CFIA requirements. Provides follow up with logistics issues such as complaints, late deliveries, damaged goods or customer returns making sure a mutually beneficial resolution is achieved.

You bring

• High school diploma and 3 - 5 years related experience.
• SAP and or production software experience.
• Must demonstrate ability to work with minimal direction.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Knowledge and ability to operate PC and associated software.
• Knowledge of, adhere to, and enforcement of DNPCI corporate policies addressing safety and environmental and industrial hygiene.
