About this opportunity:

Working with the SCM Manager of Practices & Processes the successful candidate will oversee and sustainin supplier enrolment within Supply Chain Shared Services. This includes handling and maintaining the Approved Bidders List, supporting the Approved Manufacturers List and completing legal name change and ban probation requests. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for process & system improvements.

This role has enterprise-wide scope and will handle requests to add suppliers, remove suppliers, change supplier data and facilitate supplier risk mitigation activities across all of CVE assets, with the exception of Asia-Pac.

This is an office position based at our downtown Calgary, Alberta location.

Responsibilities:

Become subject matter expert and point of contact for Supplier Enrolment and all related activities/functions/key contacts.

Prioritize, manage, and organize request intakes.

Support service providers to resolve complex/outstanding tickets.

Work across multiple system platforms (ServiceNow/Salesforce/ARIBA/SAP/ISN) and interact with cross-functional stakeholders and SMEs (e.g. Health and Safety, Insurance, Inspection, Quality, Sustainability).

Deliver training to Supply Chain or Business functions as required.

Monitor process performance, service delivery, solve process bottlenecks and continuously improve the enrolment program.

Facilitate the simplification of key Enrolment processes through collaboration with functional working teams with a \xe2\x80\x9cfit for Cenovus\xe2\x80\x9d approach: practical, flexible & efficient.

Advise and ensure the best technical methods are employed to drive operational efficiency and accountable for process delivery and improvements.

Consistently support corporate change initiatives and proactively engage others when making changes that affect them while managing associated risks.

Build and maintain trust with internal and external networks and leverage those networks to solve problems and achieve objectives.

Skilled at conflict resolution inside and outside of function. Actively listens and questions to ensure mutual understanding.

Qualifications:

Must Be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Completion of post-secondary education with a minimum of 5+ years related experience in Supply Chain Management.

Previous experience in the Pre-qualification and Enrolment of suppliers.

Able to handle deliverables and provide updates and progress against a plan.

Able to engage with multi-disciplinary teams and look to inspire change through continuous improvement.

Work collaboratively and engage with multiple team members across the organization

Experience working with Salesforce / Service Now/ ISN / ARIBA

The following training/certifications are considered an asset:

Business Process improvement experience and supplier lifecycle portal implementation

Knowledge of Master Data governance

P2P knowledge

Data manipulation & analytics capabilities for data sustainment
