Viso Shipping Freight Inc, a leading logistics company specializing in freight and shipping solutions, is seeking an experienced

Supply Chain Director

to lead and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain strategies, driving operational excellence, and ensuring seamless coordination between procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution. This leadership role demands a strategic thinker with a strong background in logistics, supply chain management, and team leadership to support our continued growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels. Lead, mentor, and manage the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. Oversee procurement, transportation, warehousing, and inventory management activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. Collaborate closely with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to coordinate logistics operations and resolve supply chain issues. Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvements. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies. Manage budgets, forecast demand, and optimize resource allocation across the supply chain network. Drive digital transformation initiatives by integrating advanced technologies to enhance supply chain visibility and efficiency. Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance to senior management and stakeholders.

Experience



Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within the logistics or freight forwarding industry. Proven leadership experience managing large, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, transportation regulations, and inventory control best practices. Experience with supply chain software systems (e.g., ERP, TMS, WMS) and data analytics tools. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach and strong business acumen.

Pay: $41,905.76-$106,243.49 per year
