Duties

Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Manage the sales forecasting process, ensuring accurate projections to support inventory and resource planning. Oversee the implementation of CRM systems and ensure data integrity for effective reporting and analysis. Train and support the sales team on tools, processes, and best practices to enhance performance. Prepare regular reports for senior management on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role within a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with sales methodologies and best practices is a plus.
