Position Overview The company is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our growing organization. This role will be based in London, Ontario and primarily work out of our food manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a rapidly growing organization, work collaboratively with all functions within the business, and be an integral member of our growing team that now contains two brands - Unbun and Fat Snax. Responsibilities
- Assist the leadership team and the Director of Supply Chain in setting master production planning, material requirements planning and production scheduling metrics targets
- Support in aligning workflows and coordinating changes in schedules
- Provide necessary input to the Director of Supply Chain or leadership team for assigned product or location
- Maintain data and documentation relevant to master production, production scheduling and material requirements according to company requirements and standards
- Ordering stock as directed to fulfil customer demand and maintaining service levels
- Processing order confirmations from suppliers quickly and effectively, liaising with other departments where necessary
- Resolving issues with stock and supply as needed
- Ensure inventory records are accurate and up to date
- Supporting with logistics and other operational needs as required
- General administration to support with daily plant functions, including site-level supply management (i.e. office supplies)
- Provide support to other areas of the business as required
- Basic knowledge and appreciation of \xe2\x80\x9cbetter for you\xe2\x80\x9d food
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Logistics) or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of supply chain or manufacturing experience
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience using QuickBooks Online an asset
- Experience using NetSuite an asset
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment an asset
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
