You will be reporting to the Warehouse Manager. You will be responsible for executing standard warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, order picking and staging, putaway, replenishment, and performing associated system updates. In addition, the warehouse team executes decontamination and facility maintenance activities to support our service operation. As we are dealing with medical equipment, our environment requires careful attention to detail and close compliance with process and handling requirements.   • Receive, reconcile and put away inbound shipments
  • Physical receiving of devices from courier
  • Physical receiving and inspection of packages from courier
  • Execute receiving and inspection for spare parts and devices per local SOPs
  • Provide Return Waybills to customers for devices that requires repair
  • Pick, Pack and ship finish goods and spare part orders
  • Shipping of finish goods to Customers, Baxter DC\xe2\x80\x99s (Apple Express and UPS) and international cross docking.
  • Create waybill for shipping
  • Create Proforma Invoice for international shipments
  • Packing slip
  • Responsible for accurately performing all inventory transactions on our JDE system
  • Perform JDE Ship confirmation for orders after shipping
  • Perform JDE Transaction for device transfer within CTS BP\xe2\x80\x99s and locations
  • Close Service Records prior to device shipment
  • Escalate any receiving and shipping issues to management
  • Monitor and record temperature and humidity readings in Warehouse
  • Replenish inventory in the service centre
  • Perform regular, accurate Cycle Counting and assist in resolution of inventory issues
  • Prepare of packaging materials to support service and customer order activities
  • Perform validation of outbound shipments when needed
  • Request for SR and RMA initiation for verified HomeChoice Serial numbers for repair
  • Check for holds and complaints for all devices for service
  • Escalation of issues or discrepancies regarding SR and RMA\xe2\x80\x99s to appropriate parties
  • Monitor and record temperature and humidity readings in Warehouse
  • Movement and distribution of materials, devices, parts, and accessories throughout the facility
  • Staging and disposal of waste materials
  • Use the forklift and other equipment safely and as appropriate in the course of performing these duties
  • Proactively drive Enterprise Management Systems (EMS) objectives and improvement initiatives
Decontamination / Sanitization Activities
  • Perform cleaning of devices and accessories per applicable standard operating procedures
  • Daily preparation of sanitization supplies and prep/maintenance of the decontamination area
  • Perform Serial number and product code verification
  • Properly stage devices following FIFO
Facility Support and Maintenance
  • Maintain working areas consistent with 6s principles
  • Perform \xe2\x80\x9clight\xe2\x80\x9d facility maintenance such as install / modify/remove racking, area taping, and area signage as required
  • Maintain a positive, effective working relationship with suppliers (carriers, couriers, pest control, facility maintenance, etc), other team members, Baxter staff, and customers
What you\'ll bring
  • High school diploma or Post-secondary education
  • 1+ years of experience working in warehouse operations
  • Prior experience, education or training in warehousing operations, logistics, business
  • Experience or certification operating a forklift
  • The positionis suitable for candidates who can show a strong work ethic, attention to detail and good character
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs on a routine basis
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to closely follow directions/procedures
  • Capability to drive a forklift (We will train if not currently certified).
  • Good communication skills (written and oral)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook (or similar email application)
Nice to have
  • 3-5+ years of experience working in warehouse operations
  • Experience working in a Warehouse environment, preferrably within Medical Device
  • Experience with JDE or similar inventory systems
