Our Mississauga client who is a well established delivery solutions provider is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team!

This position features:
-Salary: up to $75,000/year based on experience
-2 weeks of vacation & 5 sick days
-up to $6000 in bonuses after 1 year of employment

Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am- 5:00pm Fully on site! Can accommodate 8:30am-4:30pm.

Duties:

-Candidate assigned cleared KPI\'s & clear tasks for the day
-Check current flows- ensure all products arrived on time & no discrepancies
-Conversation with carriers
-Design or redesign end-to-end supply chain, including the interaction with Operations, E-commerce, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, IT, and Finance
SOP\'s- maintain and update
-Track, evaluate, and report on supply chain and other key business process metrics
-Make recommendations to facilitate improvement, identify challenges within the process, and build productive relationships
-Identify all customs process for International & U.S. shipments
-Reach out for alternative solutions
-Manage the activities for supply chain development and the implementation of the supply chain
-Recognize opportunities to improve efficiency

Requirements:

-3-5 years of previous supply chain experience
-Experience with managing supply chain & building it
-Must have strong technical acumen, verbal and written skills, and proficient computer software knowledge (i.e. Microsoft 365, Outlook)
-E-commerce & cross boarder an asset. Cross boarder preferred over e-commerce.
-Self starter. Takes initiative and able to investigate discrepancies
-Able to work independently
-Great attitude- important to have ability to follow through & finish the task at hand
