Reporting to the Supply Chain Planning Manager, this position will contribute to the development of replenishment criteria and be responsible for all replenishment and inventory KPI\xe2\x80\x99s for a selected group of products. They will also provide the Sales and Customer Service teams with excellent internal support of accurate and on time stocking information. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management

• Analyze inventory performance by SKU and regularly review and update replenishment criteria in response to market factors.
• Analyze customer/branch level sales history and understand key demand drivers.
• Issue both Production orders and Purchase orders to vendors
• Conduct purchase order reconciliations with the vendor to ensure accuracy and timeliness of order delivery.
• Ensure vendor paperwork completion and accuracy.
• Liaise with operations personnel to reconcile issues regarding data discrepancies to maintain proper purchasing, sales, shipping/receiving and inventory accounting.
• Coordinate with Logistics Coordinator and factories to facilitate quick movement of goods.
• Work with factories and Quality Control to resolve quality issues is a timely manner.

Communication and Relationship Building

• Provide the sales team with responses to inquiries concerning product availability and anticipated delivery dates.
• Coordinate with commercial sales team to align product supply with large project installation schedules.
• Collaborate with and maintain relationships with current and prospective vendors.
• Ensure accurate delivery information of all Purchase Orders

Supply Chain Reporting

• Maintain Inventory Fill Rate of 95% - or as set by the company budgets.
• Maintain Inventory Levels as per annual budgets by Category.

Knowledge & Skills Required

• 1-3 years of supply chain experience
• College diploma or undergraduate degree
• Must have inventory management experience.
