Position Summary:


We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively coordinate logistics, procurement, inventory management, and distribution processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations through the organization.

Key Responsibilities:



Inventory Management

Process inventory adjustments after thorough investigation of root causes Monitor monthly price variances and margin changes Support customer service with product inquiries and quality issues Provide disposition instructions for Return Requests Maintain Weights & Measures data files Manage discontinued/clearance product lists
Purchasing

Assist in purchasing inventory with our suppliers Enter and maintain Cargos' information in the system Assist with Receiving Goods into our SAP once Inventory has been inspected by Warehouse Maintain and update Items Master files, purchase notes, including labels and packaging info Update ETAs on backorder items - Manage Backorder Report Update open order reports with prioritized items for vendors to expedite
Category Management

Review product categories to ensure adequate coverage of bestselling items Maintain and update merchandising category. Identify gaps and create new ones if needed Analyze current offering and provide recommendations for poor product performers Collaborate with Graphics Dept. on projects as needed Conduct market research to identify opportunities and improve competitiveness on current and new items
Logistics

Update the Shipping Tool with carriers' negotiated rates Manage the relationship with our domestic carriers Collaborate with the shipping team on shipping related inquiries
Leadership + Teamwork

Display a positive attitude and work collaboratively with the team Arrive on time and show commitment to daily objectives Align with Dynaline's mission and contribute to company success

Qualifications:



Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or purchasing preferred Strong analytical and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems is an asset Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment A desire to learn and grow

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
