Supply Chain Coordinator



This position is based on-site in Brampton, Ontario Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Some evening/weekend support is required

Duties and Responsibilities:



This position will support a number of key supply chain activities for the Company; the estimated allocation of the incumbent's time is as follows: 50%: Purchasing of non-cannabis inventory 20%: Shipping and receiving support 30%: Support B2B and B2C activities Purchasing of non-cannabis inventory, including packaging consumables, cultivation inventory and consumables, PPE, etc. Preparing and submitting all PO requests. Support all shipping and receiving activities for the Brampton facility, including all carrier logistics. Support B2B and B2C activities, including preparing internal shipping/receiving documents. Work closely with Accounts Payable to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and to resolve PO/invoice discrepancies. Monitor open purchase orders regularly and close or adjust POs as needed Confirm orders with suppliers; track status and resolve delivery or quality issues. Assist with proposals, vendor onboarding, contract tracking, and vendor transition. Assist with physical inventory, cycle counts, and reconciliation processes as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:



Relevant post-secondary credentials or equivalent experience. 2+ years in a supply chain position is required. Experience with purchasing is required. Clean criminal record. Experience working in a manufacturing company is preferred. Extensive experience and capabilities with the following are required: MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Teams, and MS Excel Purchase requisition workflows, order confirmations, and managing vendor relationships Inventory control, stock levels, and receiving processes Cannabis industry regulations and traceability systems is an asset Key personal attributes include: Strong attention to detail and record accuracy Strong organizational abilities Effective communicator and problem-solver Reliable and able to prioritize competing demands Adaptable and able to work independently and in team settings Proactive and results-driven, with a focus on supporting production readiness
