What You'll Do:

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our operations--driving production and material planning, managing procurement, and ensuring customs compliance. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure everything runs smoothly and on schedule.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute production schedules and purchasing through Syspro MRP Coordinate with Warehouse and Assembly teams to align production plans Oversee procurement from sourcing and quoting to purchasing and expediting Ensure compliance with international trade regulations (including USMCA) Maintain accurate HS classifications and customs documentation Monitor and resolve supply chain risks and capacity constraints Collaborate on SOP development, continuous improvement, and supplier performance

What You Bring:

Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field; APICS/ASCM certification preferred 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing supply chain coordination Strong skills in production planning, procurement, and customs compliance Proficiency in MRP systems (preferably Syspro) and Microsoft Office Suite Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Working Conditions:

Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm Travel: Minimal (approx. 5%)
